1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stratworks Global website and our digital marketing, web design, or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services Provided

Stratworks Global is a digital marketing and performance advertising consultancy based in Sri Lanka. Our services include brand strategy, paid campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), search engine optimization (SEO), custom website development, CRM/HRM system integrations, and corporate digital training. All consulting services are provided subject to specific campaign scope agreements.

3. Client Commitments

For our marketing and performance services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete business details.
• Fund their specific advertising channels directly (e.g. ad budgets on Google or Meta account profiles) unless explicitly specified in service contracts.
• Maintain ownership and secure credentials of business assets (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads accounts).

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, layouts, graphics, copywriting, code, and strategies developed by Stratworks Global remain our intellectual property until all service fees are fully settled. Upon full payment, clients retain copyright and usage rights of final deliverables and creative ad materials. The Stratworks Global logo, website structure, and custom code modules are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Services are invoiced based on agreed retainer packages, milestone schedules, or hourly consultation rates. Payment is due within the period specified on invoices. Stratworks Global reserves the right to suspend advertising or campaign management support if payments are delayed beyond the terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maximize ad conversion performance and search visibility, Stratworks Global makes no guarantees regarding exact sales metrics or revenue figures since advertising platforms and market demands vary. In no event shall Stratworks Global be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from website downtime, campaign suspension by ad platforms, or data security incidents.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any agreements between you and Stratworks Global shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
